pvp queue

I have been trying for several times over the last few days to queue for pvp. I watch the the top right to see the "Waiting in Queue" turn to "Waiting for Map", then it goes to accepted players 1/10 have 49 secs to accept. I watch it go to 10/10 and then back to "Waiting in Queue", I have even seen the counter go above the amount of players allowed in a map like 15/10 has accepted. I have found if accept the queue then go into a menu page by clicking start it deselects you from the queue and you have to click accept again. Could this be the cause of the problem and why it goes above 10 players accepted?

1) Queue for PVP
2) wait for acceptance screen and accept with A
3) try to go to any menu screen and you should have to accept again from the queue
4) watch counter go above 10 and no match

P.S. I have stopped going into any menus after I have clicked accept but watch the same thing happen, maybe other people are having the same problem?

The reason it re-q's you is because someone else is accepting the q multiple times as you stated 15/10 and there is someone of the 10 who need to accept the Q that doesn't acccept the Q and is most likely afk.
