Transcendent and pure terror bugged.

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
trans. and pure terror state that they reduce foes' power by 40% this has been tested and is only reduceing foes' power by 4%

    Are you talking PVP or PVE? I believe the 40% is PVP only. For PVE it is only meant to be 4%. The tooltip says 40% for players (PVP) and 4% for monsters (PVE).

    It was a stealth nerf that was done to the terror enchantment. The 40% is for pvp only. The feytouched enchantment was also nerfed at same time.
