Wild Hunt Rider nerf?

I ran ACT on preview server a few minutes ago for Bonding changes and noticed that Wild Hunt only procd 1 time during my 3 min test when it normally procs 15-17 times on multiple other tests of same duration in the normal server. Has anyone else seen this on preview.

    if that is true it finally works as intended. and i just tested its duration is 5 seconds and procs more easy from steal time. steal time shows that increase the duration for 20 seconds but in reality the system reads for some seconds 20 sec but go fast to the normal timer which is 5 seconds.

    Steal Time is not in my rotation I will re-test. thanks for the reply.

    Haven't noticed this myself, let us know what you find ? I'll keep an eye out as well

    I ran 4 more tests on preview 2 w/ Stealtime, both times wild hunt proc'd 8 times each, 2 w/ Chill Strike in place of Stealtime, 1 proc per test. Very odd.

    those numbers sound good. im not looking to have to replace my wild hunter lol

    Steal Time procs more buffs/debuffs. It's the best encounter for multiprocing, especially for a renegade path.

    Also, I think that your testing concept is flawed.

    Try Chilling Cloud spamming, see if it makes a difference.
