Restricting Outgoing Contributions on Alliance tab prevents donations to all quilds in the Alliance

Removing the check marks on any Outgoing Contributions resources in the Alliance tab prevents all dontations of this resource type in the alliance including the local guild. Is this working as expected? I would think you are trying to provide the ability to force guild members to deposit said resource in the local guild only. Currently this setting stops all donations of the resource throughout the alliance.

This was working for me on the first weekend. So ya spilt something on it since.

The bug is still on Live. If it is matter, our guild is Gauntlet.
