Both the Exec and Sab paths offer a feat, or a group of feats, that deal with piercing damage. This allows those paths to not have to stack tons of armpen. For scoundrel there is no such thing and therefore a need to build in armpen. I am using Vicious, Radiant and Dark enchants in my offense slots and currently sit at 65% RI and about 23K power in PVP gear and no summoned companion.
My question is whether or not that would be considered enough armpen for a TR in PVP? Should I shift/change enchants/boons to give more power and less armpen(current setup) or more armpen and less power?

So I have taken your advice and respected my feats to go basically 1/2 Scoundrel and 1/2 Exec and so far I can see a huge increase in damage (duh) and only a small decrease in my survivability.
My issue with Scoundrel was the lack of burst dps that Exe has in the form of SoD, and the incredibly slow stealth refill.
I'm hoping with the change to Lightning enchantment (which is often the go-to enchantment for Scoundrels) that the faster CD reduction, allowing for faster encounter powers, make somewhat offset that and bring me back to that path since I did find it the most fun out of all of them.
