Can't complete Reclamation Rock Quests after EE rework - final boss quest can't be given

I'm at the last part of the Reclamation Rock campaign (Defeat Marlos Urnrayle) but can't get the quest from the Captain (no quest marker). I ran it with two guildies last night after they accepted the quest - still no credit.
I finished all but the last part before the EE rework so I'm not sure if this is a bug, just something quirky with my account or RNG being grumpy.
Ticket with support opened; posting here in case anyone else has a similar problem with EE campaign.
