Free companion?

my friends have gotten free companions for linking their emails but i cant figure out how to do it. Could anyone help me?

    on the initial log in screen there should be an option to link your account. Click it and fill out the info. Once you've done that, go to Protectors Enclave, go upstairs, past the harper on the left and you'll see a vendor at a stall (before the steps leading up to the Dragonborn guys) Click him and on one of the tabs you'll see a free wizard.

    If your friends have done this already I'm surprised they didn't just talk you through it.

    If you still can't do it, I think (I may be wrong) that you can link via the Arc app as well.

    I can relate to this problem the OP has... I have never ever received the Companion either. My mistake was not linking the account the 1st time I was asked. There has never been any option ever since for me to link the account.

    I know it must be linked or something as I go onto the Arc site etc from my Xbox, received the Heavy Mystic Nightmare as a reward etc etc.

    I raised posts about it in the past and logged with Support last year. Nothing ever came about from it though and I still do not have an option to link the account or get that Companion.

    you're not missing much, the renegade controller is a green, unimpressive companion...
