Queue times taking forever

I have been trying to play PVP with a new character who is level 30 at the moment. I have been in the queue for PVP the last couple of days and found that it is taking hours to get a game going. I watch the queue pop up and respond but then it kicks me out and I'm back to waiting. I have even seen it get to 10/10 players and still it kicks me out and back to waiting. Does anyone know what is going on? How can I fix this problem?

Fix the problem by leveling him up not much action in below level 60 pvp ..pointless really

Sad that this is currently the only real answer to the issue. Pre-made teams will make lvl 60 miserable too, be warned.
