Expired items not returning from AH

So i bought a few stacks of lesser power stones, cost me about 60-70k each, and then when the price went up from them i put them on the AH for 100k each. They expired yesterday and they have not been returned to me via mail like they should be, i cannot remove them from the AH in game nor can i remove them on the gateway.
So if anyone can explain why this is happening and how to rectify the issue, please let me know.
Because if i cannot get my items that i spent over 300k AD on back, then i will take it up with cryptic.

    If u can log on gateway and remove the expire item from AH, by remove lot. u will get the item in your bag. i Know its not a solution but may help u till they fix it.

    As i already mentioned, it is not working on the gateway either

    I could remove mine from AH on Gateway this weekend, that why i said to try it. i will try again when i have another item expired.

    Every item that expired that was not returned to me was reclaimable by going through the gateway.
