Crushing Shield and Balanced Shield

Has anyone tested to see if crushing shield and balanced shield fighter stack? I was looking into some sort of protector build, and if they did stack, it would seem that the extra 20% might be nice little boost for the solo play.

    I'm a SM Protector. As far as i got to know, the "Balanced Shield Fighter" does not stack. Though, it is posible that with 15% more damage, the 15% more threat generation comes when using stab while shielded.
