Dusk Armlets? Grazilaxx pack not in the zen store, also PVP is awful

Hey guys I stepped away from Neverwinter for quite some time and am back.

Leveling from 60 to 70 had to be the most boring thing ever. I am going insane here. I am trying to get the dusk armlets and it says everywhere I have to buy them in a grazilaxx pack from then zen store but no such pack exists. I have scoured the forums and web. What happened to the armlets? Just looking to complete my set as I move on to the more powerful stuff.

Also - jesus PVP is a mess - you need some system to match equal stated armor and skill players, not these beast maxed out level tricksters with top level black ice gear where you can't even come down the cliff without being killed. Come on guys. I have put money into this game. About the same as the price of a console.... some stuff is a lot of fun and reminds me what d&d is all about - but other stuff is an unnecessary grinding drag and waist of life force and time. Please.. more fun, less bore, more balance, less snore. And where are those damn dusk armlets?

Maybe the pack will be brought back sometime in the future. Dusk boots also seem to be becoming rarer, as the pack is now averaging 17K in AH. Used to be 4-8K.
