Extremely Thorough Bug Report Involving the DC and Maze Update

In this post I will be confronting two bugs involving the Devoted Cleric and the recent Maze Update. I have provided detailed analysis according to the bug post guidelines. Lets get right to it.

Report 1: Devoted Cleric Abilities Have No Audio Whatsoever

1. Apply the “The Maze” Update
2. Select your Devoted Cleric character
3. Use any and all abilities to test the bug and listen for muted audio

Expected Result: All powers should produce corresponding audio in tandem with the abilities cast like normal

Observed Result: Any and all abilities (with the exception of Warding Flare in my case) produce no audio whatsoever. This includes all At-Will, Encounter, and Daily Powers. Even dodges and Divinity activation are completely muted.

Personal Analysis: All of my DC's abilities are muted with the exception of Warding Flare for some reason. I believe this is the case because Warding Flare was the only ability that was updated upon the “The Maze” update. Warding Flare used to have no beacon of light visuals in the center of the AoE that I noticed became apparent right after the update (which is a cool effect :]). I believe since this is the only ability that was repaired upon release of the update is the exact reason why its the only ability immune to the muted audio effect the other abilities seem to be suffering from. It may also be worth noting that I don't think all clerics are affected by this because my one friend who uses the Devoted Cleric religiously (no pun intended) told me he has not had a problem at all with hearing his powers.

Report 2: Divine Oracle Paragon Power “Prophecy of Doom” Can Not Be Fulfilled

1. Select Divine Oracle subclass Level 30+ with Prophecy of Doom
2. Apply Prophecy of Doom to any enemy and follow with direct attacks
3. Fulfill the Prophecy by eliminating the affected enemy before the prophecy disperses

Expected Result: Upon killing the enemy BEFORE the helix of glyphs rotating the enemy affected by the Prophecy of Doom reaches the ground, the Prophecy is Fulfilled and the power instantly resets its cooldown and a large sum of Action Points is given to the caster (At least a third of my AP in my case). This results in being able to recast Prophecy of Doom upon fulfillment regardless of its cooldown, and it gives the player the option to use their Daily Powers much more often.

Observed Result: Upon killing the enemy BEFORE the helix of glyphs rotating the enemy affected by the Prophecy of Doom reaches the ground, the Prophecy remains Unfulfilled and nothing is gained. I still must wait out the complete cooldown, and I do not get a noticeable sum of AP applied to my Divine Oracle's Daily WHATSOEVER despite meeting the requirements to Fulfill the Prophecy. Effects of Empowered Stacks still seem to affect the damage debuff the enemy suffers from properly as accordingly (as far as I have calculated) and the Divinity Prophecy of Doom projectiles fired at the target who is affected by the Prophecy still suffer double damage from the spheres as intended.

Personal Analysis: Prophecy of Doom is the Paragon Encounter Power of the Divine Oracle subclass, so of all encounter powers belonging to the class, it should be operating at peak efficiency above all other encounter powers because that is the signature power of the whole oracle theme the cleric maintains (is trying to maintain). I can see though that it is quite possible this power could have been nerfed on purpose to prevent the Devoted Cleric from getting their Daily back so quickly, however this is a rather sloppy way of doing it (if so) because the description of the power (as you will see in the video) should at the very least match what the power is designed to do. So by all means if this is NOT a bug and in fact a NERF, please fix it so the players who waste points on this power are not confused as to why it isn't working properly and giving them the Action Points they rightfully deserve upon Fulfillment. If it is a bug, please fix it because this power has been affected by this issue since BEFORE (I am not sure how long it has been) the “The Maze” update, and there is no reason this still should've been an issue, unless nobody cared enough to report it. The Divine Oracle is a very squishy class, and full use of the Prophecy of Doom (if it has been nerfed) would allow the weak cleric to actually be a legitimate threat instead of a harmless adversary that supports the team. The Divine Oracle should play with full Prophetic capabilities.

Conclusion: Please fix these two issues sooner then later for the Devoted Clerics of Neverwinter as we chose this class because we genuinely enjoy doing what we do for our teammates in the heat of battle. We might not be damage dealers or arrow shooting ninjas, but we look and sound epic as hell casting our holy light and making our allies invincible! (They have no idea how much we actually do for them)

P.S. Your site had an html fail, wouldn't even let me copy the text or save a draft and made me lose ALL this information I put together for your convenience, forcing me to redo all of this on a word document and then pasting it to your forum. So you might wanna fix that to.

Thank you if the Devs read this!!!
