Hello, and for you rogue's in the shadows I'll say HELLO.

I'm a purely solo PVE player, you may not have noticed me anywhere in game as I'm obviously unguilded - the nane's Hammbo (hammbo@hammbo1969).

I'm purely posting here to say that from a solo player's perspective the rogue is absolutely fine where it is now. I don't think we need a damage buff (we have so much cc as it is). We also don't need survivability buffs, as it's pretty easy to get a decent LS stat.

Yes we can't cleave like a GWF, take punches like a GF (or Paladin as used to be /rofl), or rely on a puppet to one shot 30M off a boss - we still do a job.

I've had a few beers when posting, but I love my toon. I've played every other class and only one that comes close to us is the HR - but I levelled that to 70 and gave up as there's so much bloody stance shifting it felt like I was a warrior tanking back in WoW.

Anyhoo, always love your rogue. May not be top of the meters, but it's always fun to play.

I like tr as they are now.. no changes needed

Well, I'm newly grown to 70 with my rogue and I'm not really at home in the level 70 areas. I can't even do one simple group in well of dragons without dieing. Soloing something like one of the lairs in dread ring is impossible for me (item level 2,1k approx) and I soloed those with CW or GWF with item level 1700.

I'm not saying they are underpowered or anything lilke that after being 70 just 5 days or so but the solo life is a lot harder for me with TR.

It's my third 70 after the aforementioned two classes so no idea how the others are

Its normal if you are Exe, had the same situation, simply if you get hit u die. Perma-stealth builds can survive, probably the stun build as well but executioner is having hard time at beginning.

If you are exec and want to survive a bit more then respec your feats and take the first 3 rows of scoundrel with the remainder made up in exec. I used to be pure scoundrel and could take on 5 groups of mobs at a time in WOD no problem. I wanted more damage but I was concerned about losing my ability to stay alive. At the suggestion of others, I split between scoundrel and executioner, tried a few variations, and now I am just about as resilient as I was before but do a bunch more damage. I can still handle 5 groups of mobs in WOD but they just die much quicker. Just a thought..
