I bow down to you faithful clerics, the skill it takes to take a beating from an entire domination team and not bat an eye lash, the skill to heal a teammate on the verge of death to full health across the battlefield. You guys are the cream of the crop the best of the best. I salute you Faithful clerics, may I be so skilled one day.

skill pah - there's not a whole lot of skill involved in any of the classes. Copy your build from mmominds, gear up to a decent level, join a guild with good boons and the rest is down to whichever class you chose v the class of your opponent.

Be it the 1 shot TR, the permastun HR, the perma-perma OP, immortal DC etc, if you're going to pour scorn on 1 class you'll have to pour it on them all.

A pvp DC basically has 2 choices; to go offence or go immortal - you can't play ordinary healer and expect to have a good time.

You are 100% correct about other classes, the only difference that every other class is killable except the faithful cleric (paladin also but that's another thread). No other class makes a game breaking difference then the faithful cleric, hence why most premades are running double cleric. Take a hard look at page one, do you think those incredible kill ratios are because of the skill of the dps classes? Gift of faith is no different then the perma bubble that is getting fixes except you can be across the map when it procs. Neverwinter pvp has such great potential but GOF ,SE , GF burst damage, need fixing, its just right now nothing is more game changing in pvp then a faithful cleric

Yeah.... One of the reasons I stopped playing PvP until the nerf is watching 2 DC's stand on a node each and not move... for the entire game. 5 players spamming on him does nothing etc.

Also I mentioned a while back in a Siege game I watched (and fought) a DC tank 10 people at once and it took about 10mins to finally take him down.

No thanks lol, immortal DC's and Pally's just made me walk away from PvP. I`ll give it another go once the nerf's come in and see if it plays any better.

I stopped playing soon after the drains landed - such a bad machanic. The new rings just confirmed my decision. I used to play pvp every day and have over 6k pvp kills.

Yes, DC teams annoyed me, especially when you added a Pally - but for me, the permastun HR was just as bad.

@toporok, much respect man but you have it wrong...

Granted, I am Virtuous but playing all but the TR, I have to say, DC is the most challenging class to play. You have to worry about yourself, your team, and where the baddies are. This, and the DC is the class that has to pay the most attention to powers and gear depending on situation.

If someone can make a case for a class that is more challenging to play, I'd like to hear it.
