I see many players running on xbox (especially endgame PvP) who exploited previous aspects of the game to get to where they are, because I knew them dating back to mod 5 when they were doing it.
These same individuals have between 210-240 days (not hours, DAYS!) played on xbox. You can inspect their xbl gamercards to verify. You can also inspect the number of enemy kills...
This game was released on xbox on March 31st, 2015, meaning it has been out for 408 days at this point in time (365 + 43).
So out of 408 real world days, these individuals have played the game for up to 240. The math puts this at 12 to 14 hours per day on Neverwinter. Now, did these individuals play the game this whole time, every day? Were they botting? Perhaps Cryptic should investigate?
I suspect players with this many hours logged is an indicator of botting, which relates to a loss of revenue for the company. While this does not affect the PvE community as much, it destroys the competitive nature of PvP.

You have demonstrated nothing that shows that bots were used or even exist in the Xbox version.

To suggest that anyone did not, without valid proof is foolhardy. Get the proof, give it to customer service, they will address it.
Until then, your post suggests that anyone with a high number of days played and a kill count over some threshold that you have picked, to quote you "I suspect players with this many hours logged is an indicator of botting". I resent that and it really annoys me that you would make such a blanket accusation. We have in this thread disproved that hours played is an indication of botting due to the way Xbox counts the hours.
I misinterpreted nothing in your post.
