I am hoping this is read in full, and opinions can be offered on it. This are ~suggestions~, not demands.
Possibly Applying SH dragons tactics to Tiamat :
Blue and Green : Dragons and Tiamat heads are similar. Both have an AoE that can affect lower HP and Lower AoE resist builds. Those often called to Green and Black Dragons could go first phase of Tiamat (ranged + tank etc) as they would have a greater chance of not dying there.
Red SH Dragon = White Tiamat Head : These are the "safe" places to be for latecomers, and those more prone to the AoE affects of other dragons/heads. Anyone who might die fast on blue/ green could go to White head on the second/third round of Tiamat to wear it down without wasting time on rezzes etc.
Cleric Rounds : Any class can drop an altar to help heal those around them, and assist the cleric/ pallys with some of the healing. Cleric/ Pally may be able to focus on more damage than heal if 4-5 altars are around a cleric to heal everyone. There is that small gap of time between Tiamat head round and Cleric round out of combat that lets these altars be dropped.
SH Dragons - Altar can be dropped within the 5-10 seconds before a dragon arrives at it's designated spot.
I'm thinking of possibly more effective means to keep up DPS on Tiamat so she goes down faster.
Any Dragon Souls aquired at Tiamat still work outside the Tiamat instance. The could be used during SH Dragons, or at Drake Attack HE.
I've been told on numerous occasions to go to the white Tiamat head (during pug runs) because of my lower TiL and HP, but ability to still perform consistant DPS/ Dodge.
-> See the 25 TR run I was in - I was primarilly at Dreamer of Sehanine and White Head.

I hope the possiblity of tactics can be considered to improve SH/Tiamat runs especially when you have fewer people on (that leads to relying on ghosts for Tiamat), and reduced number of dragons conquered in SH runs.
