Keys not working!?!?

I had my epic dungeon key not work at the end of my 3rd CN run today even though I had 20 in my last bag slot(the one that used to be bugged) the On my 3Edemo run the chest wouldn't open even though I had a legendary drag key. The same one I used to look in the chest the last two runs? Wtf? Any else having issues with this?

    In CN, you have to be right on top of the left chest for the green text to appear. Both chests in CN have the bug where multiple people cannot open it simultaneously. The chest in Demo also acts the same way.

    Move around and check the chest a few times. It will appear with red writing but will open if you wait and move around a bit.

    Move to the right of the left chest close to the portal and you'll be able to open it every time.

    Thanks for the help I deff moved around tried every thing before giving up. It hasn't happened since though
