My feedback is in response to the Dragon+ promo advertised on Facebook.

In the future, I suggest the promo codes be usable on either version of Neverwinter (either PC or Xbox), or there be one code for Xbox and one for PC. I understand the PC side is something you guys have worked on for a while and likely have this streamlined for them, but it is difficult for me to recruit new players (to Xbox) if I can't show you guys are supporting both sides with the giveaways equally, especially now that Xbox has the ARC app. I have one friend with a PC only code for a Ooze companion, I've got a few codes on the PC side. But, neither of us are likely to ever see them.

    Bumping this mainly because it is a valid point. PC has gotten a LOT of content from promo stuff that I just don't see us ever getting.

    @lithevalkerian i agree man. The other day I went looking for promos found the Razer one from 2014 that gives you the "The Filled with Rage" Title. To my surprise they still had it going. I got the code generated took it to the Arc App and it accepted it. Got back into the game and nothing no reward no title. Contacted support and they pretty much said we cant help you.

    It would be nice if they did a rollup code that would grant us the stuff that was handed out with promo-codes but never made it to the xbox (but would be in the xbox code).

    Simple pc have alot free to play like so they have to give to make people interested but on xbox? Not much so theres no need for promo codes and free stuff for xbox cuz theres not alot free to play like this there you can play.. its sad but true...
