Shores and Kessel now dungeons?

Could someone clarify...are they dungeons or skirmishes in terms of AD awards? They now appear as dungeons in the new queue system. Were they not skirmishes before? Was this change announced?

    They are Skirmishes they give you rings and Skirmish AD.

    Rings? Epic Shores of Tuern gives different loot. Kessel's retreat too. I'm asking about these two runs specifically. Haven't been able to test myself yet because I keep getting into bad pugs, or the queue for these just doesn't pop.

    I don't understand why the classification was changed in the new que either, solo queing for them just got a lot harder - you absolutely do not need a tank/healer/3 DPS group to run them.

    Nearly impossible to public queue for kessell's from my experience so far. 4k templock and 3.2k HR, all we needed were 3 bodies... needless to say I did not get my AD for daily skirmish.
