Bug: Quest: A Mother's Love, a Father's (something)

This a bug on the Guild Stronghold quest for the Steward. "A Mothers love, a Father's (something)"
Bug: Once 1 person takes the exit portal, it is no longer interactable to leave the instance.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Accept the quest, goto Zulia's location, get ported to new instance
2. Tell your guildies 'Hey the Steward has a new quest!'
3. A guildie joins you in the new instance
4. That guildie takes the exit portal out
5. You're stuck.
Luckily my VIP signpost was able to get me out.
Also the dracolich: when it kills the NPC's they have a big yellow artifact 'box' around them. Visual graphic bug. Less gamebreaking.
