this insignia set doesn't seem to work as it says it does, I'm a great weapons fighter with almost 16 thousand crit so all I do is crit, now with two mount that give me barbarians revelry and with the diminishing returns of having two of the same insignia set on both of them I am ment to get 1755 health back every time I crit which just does not happen, even with a one second cool down it doesn't work as it says it should do
