    Seeing as a ton of people are still downloading the update it's not really a surprise

    I am gettig huge lag spikes and server disconnects with Neverwinter since yesterday after the update. I have run network tests and it is not my system. Any ideas on if it is just people updating the game or is there something else going on.

    A bit of an old thread I know but I'm still suffering from major lag. Logging/zoning into Protector's Enclave takes 2-3 times longer (waiting close to a minute on occasions).
    In Heroic Encounters in Well of Dragons (and I accept it can get busy there at times) the game has frozen for up to 20 seconds and been at the point of being unplayable. This coupled with character skins, background landscapes etc all taking a hideous time to load on occasions. All this since the Maze Engine update.
    I only came back to the game in late March/early April but I never experieced any of the above problems pre Maze Engine update. Is something going to be done to address this, or will we just experience slowly deteriorating gameplay?
    It's not my connection either (before anyone suggests ;D ) High speed fiber optics where I live, no other games (PC or One) have any issues with lag.

    Yes I am also getting very very bad lag... CN with a Pally Bubble is awful along with many other things.

    The lag is really bad in so many areas now :(

    The load times since the ME update have definitely gotten absurdly long. Some areas seem to take waaaay longer than others on top of that (Protector's, WoD, Icewind are the longest for me).

    I've literally walked away from my system and gotten a drink just to return and find the loading screen STILL going.

    Just a case of NW bringing out another update that fixes one thing and breaks 3 more.

    Since I can't make my own thread. I am also getting massive lag spikes, FPS drops (PE is really bad.), super long loading times, wierd horizontal lines that remind me of really bad streaming and constant random complete lockups that either drop me to home or I have reset my XBO completely. I am at the point of just taking a small break from the game till I see a patch.
    The random lockups HAMSTER me off more then anything. I logged on this morning for ten minutes grab my keys and see that the dragon is up in Icespire go fight him he dies I go to collect my reward and xbox freezes I said screw it and turned it off and went to work. I don't know how this patch made it past XB/MS QA.
    I have been wondering if a hybrid/ssd usb3 compatible drive might solve some of these issues.

    Here's what I have to say if you're like me find a place to store your toons, not in PE, someplace like moonstone mask since well there's a mail, trade bar merchant, and the load time is faster than PE. :p The only reason you should need to go to the enclave is to use the bank, seals, and pvp building. Then again you could just ask the people in VIP to drop a bank in MM.

    Blackdagger Ruins all the way, but don't tell everyone. I like it quiet.
