This is how Neverwinter treats their Veteran players. My Xbox was hacked, Microsoft and Arc is aware of the situation. They respond to me over and over again with the same thing, "Sorry for you inconvenience." The Problem is Being handled in the mean time the hackers are hacking someone else. What will be done... I put my time and money into this game since Mod 5. Please help with unbanning my account, can you not see that I love this game.
