A word of thanks to Customer Support

Just a quick note to say thanks to Customer Support. Last week, after an intensive hour or so running Artificer's Workshop to get enough Adventurer's Accreditation to get the Apocalypse Dagger for my CW I was doing some inventory clearing out when I accidentally discarded an Eye of Lathander that I had been refining. It was Epic and halfway refined to Legendary. Really stupid thing to do but I'm sure everyone has done something similar at one time or another, e.g. hit upgrade during a refining session when you had either run out of or forgotten to slot a Preservation Ward and lost a high level enchantment. Anyway, as soon as I realised my error I took a screen grab showing the time and discard message. I then logged out and sent a message to Customer Support to see if they would take pity on me and restore my lost Eye. To my surprise and relief, my Eye reappeared in my inventory last night as a bound to character Epic item. All I have to do is refine it back up to where it was before and I will be sorted. I had exchanged a couple of messages with CS over the week but after reading the forums had never expected to get my artifact reinstated. The final message I got last night described the action as 'as a one-time exception' which is fine by me. So many thanks to CS for your help. It was much appreciated :)
