stronghold siege queue bug

Hi guys the stronghold siege queues are broken. i think its an issue in that we cannot queue with 10 or more in a group. im unsure. its too hard to coordinate 40 players to test. can one of you guys please acknowledge you are aware of this?

    I have been unable to join a SH PVP for weeks

    So how can you tell they are broken?

    Is it broken or just a lack of players?

    it pops from about 3:00 pm LA timefor 2 hours sometimes during the week. more so on weekends. I have talked with many players and tested abit myself regarding the 9 player limit bug.

    customer service has confirmed it a known issue but devs havent confirmed. maybe the other team was all single qued pugs

    we manae to Q each one solo. and even then it take several try
    40 ppl need to press the botton within 1 min call. if someone check the browser and miss the all Q get bugged
    lets hope that with coming aliance channel it will be possible

    FYI we believe we have identified the cause of this and are working on a resolution.
