CN, 2nd boss, Skeletel Warriors ignoring CC immunity

Repro steps:
1) Get to the 2nd boss in Castle Never (Cthylar the Illithilich).
2) Initiate fight and wait for him to summon Skeletal Warriors.
3) Become CC immune (e.g.: Shield Block/Villian's Menace)
4) Get attacked by Skeletal Warriors.
Observed Result:
Attacks of Skeletal Warriors (ones with two handed sword) knock character prone despite active CC immunity.
Expected Result:
Character is immune to crowd control effects and enemy attacks doesn't slip through it.
