Everything is fine up to the login server, then it goes south.
- Takes 3-5 minutes to load the character model, attempting to select the character before this results in a black screen then disconnects you.
- When you load in you are met with something like this:
That's the Dread Ring, all the game assets are in the sky.
- When you are in the game it is continuous rubberbanding to the point of not being able to move and periodic Server not Responding messages.
- At its worst, from summoning my mount to the time it appeared was around 7 minutes.
Anyone else having problems? It was fine yesterday morning and it's not on my end as I've tested every other online game I have and all are perfectly fine.
Submitted a ticket about it anyway.

Turned on the game again at around 2pm the same day and it has been this the entire time. Creating a new character brings up the message:
Downloading Character Creation [tool or something]
which takes around 30 seconds or so then proceeds as normal, the tutorial area is mostly fine but occasionally lags and one test had an unusable character creation tool appear with multiple NULL assets appearing.
As I said I tested every online game I own:
Borderlands 2/pre-seq., MKXL, BOps III, KI etc. and none had any problems so it's not my connection. If anything my connection would be more dedicated since I wasn't running Youtube during any of my tests.
I'm hoping they've just F'd something up while preparing for the update, there is literally no excuse for this kind of thing otherwise.
It's clearly a server issue.
I've reset my network multiple times, hard reset my X1, cleared local storage etc. and nothing has changed. My network is no different now than it was when everything was working fine so I dunno.
It's more likely be a routing issue as everyone takes a different path from home to the server. There may be a bottleneck anywhere along the path from you to Boston. Most likely it is close to your point of origin. Unfortunately, a traceroute/netstat is really the only way to find out.
