I'm having a hard time finding people willing to put in the work and have fun building my guild. I'm solo atm. Just want to build a fun and powerful guild of cool, mature players. Hmu if you want to help me run it.

Very few players are going to be interested in a joining a new guild with strangers. You might want to avoid using the phrase "my guild" as that can put people off, use the guild or our guild. There are just too many large and medium guilds with little or no requirements for you to compete for membership with head on.

You might want to find an area to specialize in. Dungeon running, skirmishes, roleplaying etc and use that as a recruiting method. The potential to join a group that shares an interest may help you get a stable base to build from and then diversify, or not.
