@amenar @terramak @commanderander if you see this, please take the time to read. I highly appreciate it guys.

I am very well aware of the fix's we are getting and I appreciate that we will hopefully be getting them in the future. However my complaint is not about buffs on the GF, it is about a very long standing issues that many have not addressed, but I will. Please read carefully what I have mentioned. (:

Now hopefully, this will get fixed, or it least I can get a reply from someone, but first I will discuss our CON issue.

CONSTITUTION: Our CON by definition says it gives 4% HP per point of CON but in reality only gives 1%. Technically nerfing our total HP by 75% effectiveness. (1/4). That is very unfair, considering that it was promised to us, we are not getting what we deserve. Pallys have 2.5% per CON and can be buffed by the feat up to 5%. See the problem? Please fix this. It is a very unknown issue, and hinders us tremendously. Especially when tanking, as we are supposed to be THE MAIN TANKING CLASS?!

GUARD: Our shield is sometimes glitched. Like really badly. I am pretty sure the Developers know what I am talking about. CC breaking through shield, getting hit from the front of the shield by a TR, or HR and my Character would turn around and give them full Combat Advantage on me. (like a 180 degree turn) 'Guard' Not being seen in the buff bar,

VILLAIN'S MENACE: The problem with this, is that the definition is COMPLETELY different from what is does. It does not fully protect you from CC. After about 5 seconds, HR's still daze me, and TR's still make me un-immune from CC. I still get knocked down by players and mobs. Please fix the issue of not being immune to CC the definition says. TO ANY DISABLING EFFECTS. It also takes way to long to activate. PLEASE FIX THE TIMING REDUCTION ON THIS. This would help with casting time and hopefully avoid being interupted when casting. (which is also annoying as ****) Since this is the GO TO daily to be immune from CC for 14 Seconds.

Ferocious Reaction: Ferocious Reaction healing and damage output are affected by healing depression 25% (in PvP) This should not happen, considering it is not a healing (Spell) but in-fact a power heal. The Bonus Incoming Healing, and Incoming healing NEED to be properly scaled to this as it is not enhanced by it (fully). The damage that is also reflected back to the attacker is not enhanced by Incoming healing nor the actual amount I was healed for. And by definition it is different than the actual outcome.

Crescendo: The CC ability of the actual daily was nerfed in MOD 6 for some odd reason. It was never able to be broken out of and now it is. Please fix this. It makes it very annoying when the player/enemy breaks out of it, even though it's supposed to make them CC'd. Additionally the daily glitches/bugs out sometimes and what ends up happening is you begin to crescendo and then it just stops. Your AP is consumed but the daily never happened. This ALSO happens with "Indomitable Strength".

Protector Path: The Damage Reduction of Iron Guard is very annoying to obtain. We HAVE TO hit the target to reduce their damage to us and allies. You should make it where overtime we are hit and when we hit an enemy their damage is reduced by 5% (Stacking up to 5 times) 25% or 1/4 damage reduced. To tank, their should be an added bonus of some sort, like their is on the Conquerer tree (DPS) (10% Crit at 5 stacks on top of the 25% damage buff), like an added bonus of Damage Resistance and Deflection at the end feat on top of Iron Guard.

For example (Additionally, each time you are struck in combat Gain up to 10% Damage Resistance and a 10% Deflection Chance) 1% each time you are struck in combat stacking up to 10%. Each hit to you would add 1% to Damage Resistance and Deflection Chance up to 10%. I played a Protector for 4 Modules, and I feel this "Tank" tree is at a major DR disadvantage, as well as not used by many for the fact KV is very laggy. And people prefer buffs/ support on the TACTICIAN tree. Most people want Tac tanks for PvE and Conq tanks for PvP but never Protector Tanks. Could we see something Change with "Iron Guard"? Since after all the Protector Tree is the TANK tree. Especially fighting bosses, it's a pain in the butt when all we can really do is reduce their damage. Deflect helps, but the DR we would gain at the end feat would help, and would really help in PvE.

Conquerer Path: Overall, the feats in this are outstanding. I love it for PvP. However some of these feats are a little outdated and some simply do not need to be there. Below I have listed the ones viable and the ones that simply do not need to be there and why.

Cruel Cut Style: This is put at the top of the list for the fact that Cleave as a move over all is absolute ****. I can see why you would want to increase the damage by 15% and an additional 5% with the artifact Class Feature. This At-Will either needs to be seriously looked at, or removed because it sucks. What this should be replaced with is Piercing Surge: Crushing Surge now deals 3/6/9/12/15% more damage. Since Crushing Surge is the best At-Will we have.

Reinforced Surge: This should be completely replaced with Battle Trample for the Iron Vanguard as Battle Trample is a more DPS aimed feat. The Tactician Tree is all about stuns and keeping foes where they ought to be and Reinforced Surge would be a great addition to the already "Terrifying Menace" Feat to accompany it. Simply literally switch Battle Trample with Reinforced Surge.

Grit: I have tested this a lot. It seems to never work with neither mine nor a clerics healing spells. This feat seems to be bugged. I never gain any Temporary HP, nor do I ever see "Grit" on my screen.


These seem to most that have accumulated over the year. Please fix these! Thank you!!

    Switch Paragon Paths maybe? Unless you are one of the few "special" cases that think a GF should be DPS, then why not use the other paragon path? I am assuming the CON issue would be the same, but the other issues would no longer affect you right?

    What did you honestly just say. Paragon Paths have no effect on HP, nor does that fix any of our problems. This thread was targeted to Developers. Please play the Guardian Fighter before you comment on this thread.

    I have played the class, and I know that some of the things mentioned ARE paragon path related. Therefore, it would most likely fix some of the problems.

    That is absolutely not true. Switching Paragon paths has no effect on the outcome because these are problems with the CLASS MECHANICS. How the class is coded. Their are bugs in the class making it very annoying to play and I had to report it to the Developers. Plain and simple.
