Tyrannical Threat with Multiple Locks

Been trying different group compositions lately and seem to be running into some bugs when grouped with other locks. Lets start with warlocks curse. I see them curse, then I curse and the curse icon disappears above marked enemy. Is said curse still active? or did my curse negate(remove) the other locks curse? Will i benefit from the other locks curse? I can't tell which targets are cursed when I run with other locks and this is a problem, lol... Same results with Tyrannical Threat... Is it true that only one lock per group can use TT? If so, would it work if we cursed different targets? I noticed my dps fell thru the floor when I was 2nd to cast TT... seems like i read that only one can apply, but fail to find it in forums. Seems like it should be able to be used by each lock in the group. If not TT, then WC should be able to... Which it seems as tho neither is the case.

    From my experience TT does not stack, however, I have noticed I can curse targets with my TT that the other Warlock hasn't. I do not know though whether or not targets can receive splash damage from two separate TT cursed mobs.

    Example Warlock A tags elite with TT and then Warlock B tags second elite with TT, their are 10 trash mobs mixed in receiving splash damage from TT. Do they get splash from one or both TT? No idea?
