Silent adjustment on soul puppet?

Hellbringer Damnation build (2.6k). I've noticed since Thursday's patch that my soul puppet is having issues. Specifically, it seems to want to hang around me instead of attacking my target. Also, it doesn't seem to be doing much damage when it does manage to wander over to my target and take a swipe or two.

Anyone else noticed this?

The puppet can no longer crit AFAIK, but other than that I am not sure what else has changed.

my biggest issue is he just hangs out beside me as if to say "You want me to fight HIM?" oh well, could be just a perception issue on my part. I'm going back to Fury this weekend anyway.

When I was damnation my puppet, companion, immolation spirits, brood of hadar, and anything else you could summon would frequently enough not attack the scorpions and lostmauth in elol. Would be 'fixed' when I left the dungeon, maybe same thing you have?

I have some problem, souldpuppet do not atack nothing, just move around.

this happend some patches/mods ago in elol at scorps and some other places, nothing new.
Til now i did not recognize it im my case, but the bugs in this game tend to come and go every mod/patch not following a logic, fixed in one mod come back in the next.
Same with Bloodtheft enchant, same with other gear/feats, who are buggy in one mod , get fixed but come back in the next to be broken
