COmbustive action debuff need change suggestion.

MAke it apply debuff with 30% chance on criticals from all attacks ( like stormspell thing from ss) with duration 5 seconds as you have it and not only when you cast daily.

CAN keep the proc rule from daily power but with increased debuff duration up to 10 seconds from 5.

Combustive action DOES NOT need a change. I get my daily back within 3-5 seconds of using it. All you need is a little extra wisdom and recovery, use enfeebelment and conduit. The ONLY viable dailies if you are buffing are oppressive force and furious immolation. Also, be sure to notice that the debuff only applies to FIRE damage. Thus, you are only really buffing:
1) Your own fire attacks
2) A scourge warlocks:
killing flames
Firey bolt
(forget others, but not including soul scourch)
3) flaming enchantment users
4) the fire on the wheel of elements
Anything else that uses fire damage, but those are the biggies.

when i wrote this i didnt know that combustive action changed since mod4 to apply to any damage source. devs forgot to change the tooltip.
