"Account Ticket Authentication Failed" error after every patch

After successfully authenticating, I go to the loading screen and after 10 minutes (or more) the screen flashes "Account Ticket Authentication Failed" and returns to the in-game (non-launcher) sign-in screen. When I reauthenticate, the character selection screen appears immediately and does so again until the next patch is released, and then this process repeats again each week/time there is maintenance. Please fix the problem, Cryptic.
