Stamina Drain echants glitch Guardian Fighters

If a Guardian Fighter is hit with a Stamina Drain that wipes all their Stamina (was hit by a Genocide guy so I assume it's a Rank 2), the game thinks their shield is up and they can not do any at-wills, encounters etc until they die. I have not found a way to break out of this effect.

Both times it was a Scourge Warlock that did it.
