I've run into a problem with one of the quests. I grouped up with friends to do the quest, we run through it all releasing the spirits and beat the boss. All was great until it came to opening the chest in which you get a dragon sigil, problem is that I couldn't open the chest. I completed the quest, I double checked everything but I couldn't open it. My friends could, I couldn't.

Is this common? Most of all, is there a fix? This is delaying everything.

    Did you actually have the quest in your log? The sigil is only awarded to those who have the quest, not everyone who goes through.

    It only requires one person to pick up the quest for your team to enter but each player has to have picked up the quest to get the reward.

    Yes I had the quest. Made sure I did as I'm in need of these sigils.

    Must've bugged then, oh well...

    Tyranny does bug sometimes. I've usually found it happens when you are running a quest you picked up the previous day.

    I have not been able to pick up a daily quest from the PE for some time. It still gives me Culling the Cultists every day and Portal once a week. But the general daily ones are not in my quest list and none of the Harper people give me them any more. I`m lucky though as I already have all my Boons.

    They will still give them to you. There is a bug that is caused by the lair quests being started at level 60, by the time you get to 70 you are more than 7 levels higher than the quest and the indicator lights will no longer show. If you talk to Harper Boward and then talk to the person who handles the dragon area for that lair, you will get the quest. You must do it in that order. In can still be useful, even with all boons, for currencies in feeding a guild coffer.
