anyone else getting froze out of game when you go to protectors enclave

I have 3 chars stuck in PE and have tried to get them even on a different computer but same issue now I have a fourth stuck as he jumped into the shaft on the dragon map cant do anything else but re start game to log in but each time same issue HELP ME this has only been an issue since last big upgrade
