Surveys for Respen's game

should I be saving them once I advance the Respen campaign to it's red, white and blue conclusion? or can they just be tossed after that?
it is a bit confusing,, I had thought the object,, according to his description,, was to play and rate his games, and the surveys "seem" like they would do that, yet there is no way to actually open a survey to do so

As well as the above, I am unclear on how you "advance" in the campaign?

you only need one of each for the "survey says ..." part, after that you can dump them ...
