Missing Mail slots/items

Ok, so I have been having this issue now for a long time, and the support people are too lazy to do anything about it. They suggested I come here and rant, like that will do anything.

I have been having items, that I mail between my characters, (crafting items/resources/supplies) disappearing for a long time now.

Besides the fact that I am missing a lot of valuable resources and assets, I can now only send two items of mail, at a time to my other characters. This makes transferring items back and forth both dangerous ( I may lose more) but it is is also a PITA when I need to send lots of emails back and forth.

I used to have lots of mail 'slots' that I could send things, now I only have to. When I adventure with each of my characters, they pick up drops and raid nodes, and at the end of the day I send the things they don't need to characters that use them I have 5 characters, so each character used to send up to 4 mail(s), one to each of the other characters, so I could use up to 20 mail slots, now I only have 2 slots.

I should mention that it's obvious the missing items are 'stuck' in the mail system, not being delivered and clogging up the mail slots. Not only would I like the slots back, I would like my items back.

I dont know how long have you been playing and your knowledge level about mail system

You should delete mails you sent to yourself or other players.Those mails wont get deleted like the ones coming from AH or other system messages.

For missing items,you can sort mails by if there is something attached to them or not.Try using that.Maybe you are missing them while scrolling down

Also when you are transfering items,send messages to your account instead of one character.This will ensure you wont sent items to other people with same character names by mistake and you can see items with your every character.It will make searching old,stray items easier.

Use "@okeephe" instead of "CharacterName@okeephe"(This names are obviously assumptions)

ok, duh. I have been playing since start, my mailbox is empty. Do you think if I had 10 pieces of mail in my system I would be complaining I can only send 2?

I am not sending my mail to others, as the missing stuff is stuck in the system preventing me from sending more mail.

Near as I can tell, it is mainly one character that has the issue but it is blocking all my characters on that account. You can only send so many 'mails' to and from your characters to each other and, right now, that number is 2. If I lose any more I will be unable to send ANY mail between my characters. I can receive many from the AH. No ide if I can send or receive to others, as I don't have anyone to send to.
