Guild Bank is glitched

why is it that although we set up the permissions correctly so as for each rank is allowed to withdraw or deposit that most players either can do one or the other or none at all? ive spoken with other guild leaders and they have the same types of issues with their guild banks. I contacted ARC about this and they said that they cannot help but that I should go to the forums and to discuss it there and that if enough people complain about it that maybe just maybe some developer might see it and maybe try to fix the issue? I mean is it it just about the profit margin with ARC or is their customer service department non existent? I'd appreciate the feedback.

I see this same issue from time to time and it moves around from one repository to another randomly. Sometime I can deposit into all guild bank repositories and sometimes one or two of them will not let me deposit. We have checked, rechecked and reset the permissions several times with no change in the random not being able to deposit issue. I too was told to post here on the forums about it, but I did not get around to doing it. Thanks for posting.
