Gauntlgrym Delver achievement?

Hello.

I was looking at the Maze Engine achievements (from the quests/chapters) with the intention to doing them all. I had no trouble with any of them except for the first one. I explored the map left and right and I just can't seem to find the missing piece of lore required for the achievement (it asks for 2, I have 1/2, can't find the other one). Am I doing something wrong? Am I completely blind? Does anyone have it or is it bugged?

I just love doing achievements and getting titles and this is bugging me a lot. Any help will be appreciated.

    One of them is on the table to the right when you first enter. The second one is where you fight Lans, a little behind where he spawns, but it only drops after you defeat him.
