Anyone had any success with this? The stable description says that when I use an artifact and the bonus description says when I use a daily.. both say my teammates get the bonus but when I tried it both ways my teammates got nothing. What am I doing wrong or missing?

it procs when using a daily but its bugged and its giving recovery/action points/movmement speed instead of deflect/defense

is there a list of insignia bonuses that work as the description well describes, couse as soon as i get a set i read something is broken with it, for me barbarian is fine Shepard was broken, magistrate is not 10% and so on

Magistrates looks like a straight but minor dot from my combat log, never gets over a couple of 100hp damage, but useful for proccing other stuff, like ca and gushing.

With shepherds they've mixed up artificers something or other's buff with the daily activation mode of shepherds.

Here is the cool thing.. I have artificers and Shephards and as discussed above they do the same thing. Funny thing is that if you proc one and then the other.. the second negates the first. So be aware that if you have them both, they can cancel each other out,
