Bulwark useless after 3k il?

So, after reaching a certain ilevel is the bulwark spec a overkill? I always loved tanking and found that was the path i liked most in the game, dmg reduces,absorbs and so on, but at thia point i am seriously thinking going to judge, has bulwark anything to offer after a certain ilvl?

edit: deep inside i know judgement will be better for party dps and current gear can carry me without the bulwark feats, yet i still struggle to respec it as it feels wrong, it is not but it feels.... no encounter ingame will kill me without those feats. This post is more like : throw me a bone, say bulwark is usefull as i struggle to realize it is not

I was bullwark untill 2.3k IL and when i changed i felt a huge improvement across the board. Right now, Justice provides better tanking, dps (consequently aggro) and party buffs. I see no reason whatsoever for a high IL to forfeit justice in favor of bullwark.

Bulwark is one of those troll paths you shouldn't take period. When you have things like Orcus that small amount of shield doesn't help anyway if you try to tank the non-cheap-bubble way.

I only went 15 points in for the debuff for pvp.

I tried both and prefer Justice path over Bulwark generally. I don't know which one I'd like on a very high gear score, however. But I think I'd still keep Justice.

I am going to definatly dust off my underplayed but awesome Bulwark, we all knew this nerf was coming, and I was prepared in advance LOL. I wont ditch my Justice Protector, or my Justice Devotion characters, but now, after reading what they plan for us, I feel my Bully will come out to play

I'm gonna be getting my bulwark OP to 70 over the weekend. Hopefully, bulwark will be more viable after the changes but I could be wrong.

Just hope aggro will be ok or ill have to slot some arm.pen.

you can slot the armor pen through artifacts and guild boons, I've been able to hit 70% with just those.
