what do you guys think about deflect on a cw for pvp, guve me a reason for your opinion

no idea what you are talking about defence is not static or constant it can be reduced and armor penetrated deflect cant (unless some one is using a frost enchant whicn is limited)

hen a class rips thru your defenses with high armor pen making it useless deflect will save you defense wont

when you are held and cant move or attack life steal wont help you deflect will

When a TR rips thru your tenacity hitpoint will save you not deflect or defence

Deflect always works and is always on (unless proned) Or Some Special Tr attack that Ignore Tenacity / armor
a deflected attack reduces the time you are controlled as well

Deflect is well worth it if you can stack to around 30%. Sure Defense is static so to speak, but deflect is an automatic 50% reduction AFTER defense is applied, and cannot be negated like defense can. and deflecting an Anvil of doom that otherwise would have 1 shot you is really the only way to survive.
