Seals of protector/elemental missing from eToS

Last night i did eToS with some Guild member that were in need of better gear (they were missing some elemental gear and all he protector), since they had 2k GS, we decided to run a T'2 for elemental/protectors seal's + the change of a direct purple drop.
After killing the 1st boss we got 50 seals of adventurer and a lv70 blue, 2nd boss the same, at last boss we finally got the normal drops elemental/protector seals, final chest drops were correct also.
In any case 1st and 2nd boss dont drop the correct lv Seals, epic dungeons dropping seals of adventurer.
Did any1 tested eCC and eGWD, do the bosses also drop adventurer seals and not elemental/protector?
I hope this is a bug cuz if only the last boss drops seals, we will have a hard time Gearing.
