Uh.. Foundry down?

Ok... so the foundry is down ... any particular reason? Has this company just turned it off for good?

It takes anywhere from a number of days to a number of weeks for the quest catalog to republish. This happens every module release.

Still the same seven quests. Those can't be the only ones that met whatever checking is done on quests before republishing.

I signed up for the play with @strumslinger and since I was the first in the slot, I picked playing my Foundry quest. I hope it's been republished by then.

@terramak , prior to mod 9 there was a nasty Foundry bug where if a party went on a quest, when they went through a map change it would put them in different instances (and they couldn't switch to a common one). Would you know if the bug has been fixed (or is slated to be)? Barring that, would you be able to ask Strum if he has the ability to pull players to a common instance in the event that we get split up?

I can tell you that Strum nudged the devs again with respect to the Foundry. He mentioned it during our Play with the Devs event.

I like to picture an intern playing each quest before verifying it and pushing it out. Removing all the fast review / farming quests as he goes.

But that's crazytalk.

Any eta for the foundry coming back online? It looks like the republishing process stopped a couple of days ago. There are only 22 quests out there. I assume republishing is a batch process. Perhaps it needs to be restarted?

Is there no ETA at all on the Foundry coming back up? I know there's that sticky/announcement at the top saying it's 'temporarily unavailable', but it seems like it's been down for a long time with no response as to progress

But at least we know it is something wrong more than just waiting on republishing.

You guys can try my Quest. Its 1 of the 23 that Åre up now, i like to know what you think about it so i can change somethings once foundery gets up again. Quest is, save the elf Queen 2,0

We've had some particularly tenacious issues with the process of republishing Foundry projects this module release. We're still debugging and do intend to address it.

If it means improvements of any kind, I guess I'm all for waiting.

But if nothing is changed, then you owe me a foundry play. ;D

I've only a few words about that:
Don't publish bugful Modules... The Foundries are essential for us role players.
