Stronghold siege not popping? Lionsmane set?

I dont know if stronghold siege is broken or what but I have yet to see it pop since the new mod. This makes it impossible for any players to pop the lionsmane set. That problem also creates a new problem for domination, in which the majority of current pvpers in lvl 70 domination have the set which means that new players will be at a huge disadvantage that we will never be able to bridge if stronghold siege never pops.

As I said before, i don't know if the Q is broken or if people just aren't Qing, but one way or another i think this needs to be fixed. If the Q is broken then I hope I am bringing it to your attention in a pleasant manor. If its just not popping because people aren't Qing then maybe a redesign of how it works should be in order. A few ideas would be to have the stronghold siege not be a Q at all but a map you travel to where there are continuous matches going on that reset every 15 minutes or so. That way people who play at 3am system time can still participate in the stronghold siege and get rewards etc.

This has been an issue for a long time. When siege was introduced, the said pvpers farmed it for the gear they needed and then left it alone-it kind of turned into a broken mess. Since then, it has rarely, if ever had a queue pop. People then created the in-game channel "I need banners" but this channel has been dealt quiet since the mod 9 release.

I hope that this means that people are just getting the new stuff out of the way, and we can hopefully get back to business as usual, but until then, we must wait. Or how the devs finally fix seige.
