Any fix/patch of queue for RU community?

Broken queue = disabled game.

    And yes, our CM is useless. Last patch-notes was posted 11th February: https://www.arcgames.com/ru/games/neverwinter/news/tag/nw-patch-notes

    Not only a broken queue, also the permanently lags of 99,9% dungeons. For a long time, ariund a year, since M6.
    Sorry for bad english , I'm just a dumb Russian.
    I want to convey only one problem to the developers, from which we are suffering for more than 2 years:

    our previous CM was useless.

    but, yes, RU server have a huge problem. New queues don't work at all. It goes normally for some time but suddenly stucks on map transfer and ANYONE can't join any dungeon or PVP match! And it is just m9 started when we was waiting for Castle Never, when x2 started we haven't any opportunity to get ad or epic items, artefacts and its in time when new mount system is here we can't get insignias because no drop!

    Pls, say what the problem is it?
    Give us instruments to solve this problem in real time!!

    Again, same problem = stucked in queue.
