Magic barrels?

Did anyone ever get an epic item out of those epic barrels that sometimes drop from those dread ring lairs? I have opened probably a few dozens of them but the best I got were some blue marks. I guess I won't open those anymore and just sell them but I'm still curious if there is something valuable inside.

    On most things like that, if you select them but do not click on them, you get a tooltip that gives a rundown on what is inside. I remember looking at it for those before, but not what it said..

    There's a not a tooltip displaying a list of items that it may contain

    I got a GMOP from 1 a few weeks ago. My first 1 ever. Of course, the value of a GMOP has greatly diminished at this point.

    Oh ok, so there's something valuable dropping off but considering the drop changes its probably better to just sell them
