Deleting something didn't want deleted.

I had a rank 6 draconic runestone. Probably doesn't sound too impressive, but I'd worked hard for it, it was ready to be refined into a rank 7, and I cannot use Zen (and don't have anywhere near enough astral diamonds to even begin to think about trading them for Zen). I was trying to remove it so I could place it into a new item I'd just identified, only for it to (for whatever reason) think I wanted it deleted and the 'failsafe' registered that I'd hit 'okay' without my actually okaying it!
While I'm not asking for a replacement (though I'm definitely going to try finding a new one), this really hurt because I'd treasured it and worked hard to get it to that point. What I'd like is the ability to 'lock' something irreversibly so that you can't delete it no matter what, unless you delete the character. That way, if you know you want to keep something forever, you can't just lose it through random bad luck.
