Why isn't there a auto kick in this game?

I'm doing a low level dungeons just to keep busy, I get in and the other 2 players are DC'd. I managed to kick one out but the game won't let me kick the other.
After long periods of time of being disconnected I should be able to kick or the game should auto kick

Yeah it doesn't work quite like it should. There's a 15 minute timer for those that stand around but if someone shows as disconnected then it doesn't work right. It's rare to have 2 players disconnecting in the same run but if there's loot on the ground it will prevent them being kicked.

They need to adjust that so there's a 5 minute timer on loot - no pickup within 5 minutes and it no longer prevents kicking.

However it took them so many months to put in a fix on ppl getting kicked for nothing that I don't see them making this adjustment in the foreseeable future.
